Q6. What about the Car delivery, RTO registration & Service warranty of my car?

Your car is delivered by OEM through their authorized channel only. So as usual, the local dealer will complete all delivery formalities like, RTO registration, insurance and the Service warranties etc.

Q7. Can I get urgent delivery in few days?

Answer

We need minimum one month to process the bulk orders. But in special occasions or events, we’ll try our best with personal attention to you.

Q8. What if my delivery is delayed?

Answer

The closest delivery period will be mentioned on Proforma-Invoice.
Along with OEM, we never wish to delay your Happiness. But if the delay is, due to any unforeseen conditions, or conditions beyond our control, you need to understand the situation and wait for some time. If the delay is unknown from the OEM side, we will suggest you to either change your car or cancel your order with full refund.
